Jessi Hall is executive producer for Big Medium. Jessi organizes our collective efforts—for your team and ours—with crisp project management and clear communication. She pulls people together to create an environment where they do their best work—helping teams focus on solving the right problems at the right time, organizing details, and communicating transparently.
This is more than just “getting stuff done.” Jessi applies deep knowledge and empathy to challenges of process, organization design, and change management. She not only makes sure that projects are successful—her work helps our client companies make future projects successful, too.
Jessi lives in Dallas with her family. They write songs occasionally and cook often.
